US Global Standards Registrars is committed to providing certification, audit, inspection and training services that are consistent, competent, impartial and trustworthy.
Our Policy
To deliver on that commitment, we will:
- operate a management system that meets the requirements applicable to our accreditation and is understood by everyone who works on our behalf;
- carry out every audit, inspection and course according to documented, consistently applied procedures;
- assign only personnel whose competence has been evaluated for the work they perform, and keep that competence current;
- safeguard impartiality and confidentiality in everything we do;
- treat complaints and appeals as opportunities to improve, and handle them fairly, promptly and in writing;
- set measurable quality objectives, review our performance at planned intervals, and act on the results;
- meet applicable legal, accreditation and contractual requirements; and
- improve continually the effectiveness of our services and our management system.
Our Quality Objectives
Objectives are set and reviewed annually by top management. They typically cover audit scheduling reliability, report and decision turnaround, client satisfaction, complaint resolution time and auditor competence.
Responsibility
Top management is responsible for this policy and for providing the resources needed to achieve it. Every employee and contracted auditor is responsible for applying it in their work.
