Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

US Global Standards Registrars (“USGSR”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

  • Inquiries and forms: name, work email, phone, company, country and the details you provide.
  • Clients: contact details of client representatives, and information obtained during audits, inspections and training.
  • Training participants: name, contact details, course attendance and assessment results.
  • Website usage: cookies and analytics data, subject to your consent (see our Cookie Policy).

How We Use Information

To respond to inquiries; to prepare proposals and agreements; to carry out certification, inspection and training services; to issue and maintain certificates; to meet accreditation and legal requirements; and, with consent, to improve our website.

Public Certificate Register

To let customers and authorities verify certificates, we publish certain information in our online verification system:

  • Management system, product and compliance certificates: company name, certificate number, standard, scope, sites (city and country), dates and status.
  • Training certificates: participant name, certificate number, course, completion date and status. These are searchable only by exact certificate number, not by name.

Participants and clients are informed of this at enrolment or in the certification agreement.

Sharing

We share information only where needed: with auditors and personnel bound by confidentiality, with our accreditation body when it assesses our work, with service providers who process data on our behalf, or where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet accreditation and legal requirements.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and accreditation obligations. Contact info@usglobalcert.com.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls.
