Confirm whether a certificate issued by US Global Standards Registrars is genuine and current. Enter the certificate number together with the company name (for company certificates) or the participant’s full name (for training and personal certificates), exactly as printed on the certificate.
Both details must match our register. You can also scan the QR code printed on the certificate.
QR Code Verification
Every USGSR certificate, for certification and for training, carries a QR code. Scan it with your phone camera and this page opens with that certificate’s live record. The status you see is current, not the status on the day the certificate was printed. The QR code only ever links to usglobalcert.com; if a QR code opens any other website, treat the certificate as suspect and report it.
Training Certificates
Training and personal certificates are verified with the certificate number and the participant’s full name, or by QR code. Names are never searchable on their own, to protect participants’ privacy. A training certificate confirms course completion only; it is not personnel certification or auditor registration.
What the statuses mean
- Valid: in good standing as of the check date.
- Suspended: temporarily not valid while issues are resolved.
- Withdrawn: permanently cancelled; must not be used.
- Expired: validity period ended.
- Revoked (training): the training certificate must not be relied on.
Certificate types
Accredited, non-accredited and compliance certificates are labelled in every result. See our Accreditation page.
Questions
How do I verify an ISO certificate?
Enter the certificate number and the company name above, or scan the QR code on the certificate. You will see the status, standard, scope and expiry date straight away.
Why can’t I find a certificate?
Check the number for typing errors and enter the name exactly as printed on the certificate. If it still does not match, contact us. We will confirm in writing whether we issued the certificate.
