Accessibility

Last updated: 6 October 2026

US Global Standards Registrars wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, magnifiers or keyboard-only navigation.

Our Approach

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In particular, we:

  • use a clear heading structure on every page, with one main heading;
  • provide text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • keep text readable, with sufficient colour contrast and resizable fonts;
  • design pages to work on phones, tablets and desktop screens;
  • label form fields and make forms usable with a keyboard;
  • use plain, specific language wherever possible.

Known Limitations

  • The interactive world map on our Global Partners page may be difficult to use with a screen reader. The same partner details are always listed as text below the map.
  • Some downloadable documents may not yet be fully accessible. On request we will provide the information in another format.

Certificate Verification

If you cannot use our online verification form, email us the certificate number and company or participant name and we will confirm the certificate status in writing.

Feedback

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or need information in a different format, please contact us at info@usglobalcert.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
