Every certification auditor talks to staff. Awareness training helps your people understand what the standard is for, what it asks of them, and how their daily work connects to it, in plain language and without jargon.

- How their work affects quality, safety, environment or security outcomes
- What happens during an audit and how to answer auditors’ questions honestly
- How to report problems, near misses or improvement ideas

One-day sessions, delivered in-house at your premises or remotely online, tailored to your sector with examples from your operations. Suitable for large groups.
